IA Channel Experience Required
What Youll Do
- Youll serve as an advisor and advocate for a portfolio of personal lines clients ensuring each household receives proactive exceptional service
- Youll manage renewals coverage changes and retention with confidence while leveraging your product knowledge to identify gaps improve protection and deliver peace of mind
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of personal lines business with attention and care
- Proactively review renewals and negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive coverage/pricing and present options to insureds
- Analyze coverage and compare / present options to insureds
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness
- Assist clients with new policies changes and claims with empathy and urgency
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk prevention strategies
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and rounding out accounts
- Partner with team agency leadership and underwriters to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction
- Remain current on carrier appetite market trends and technology tools
- Work with high-net-worth clients
What You Need
- 3 years experience in an Independent Agency (IA channel) personal lines account management
- Deep knowledge of carriers coverage forms and rating practices
- Active P&C license Life License preferred
- Proficiency in the agencys management system AMS360 and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage renewals and retention strategies independently
