Summary
We are seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist to join the H3 team for H3s continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience on a 5-axis mill including responsibilities for setting up and operating CNC machines (mill turn lathe) to produce precision tight tolerance parts to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE 5-AXIS MILL EXPERIENCE
- Set up and operate CNC equipment ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints symbols callouts and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Perform programming or offsets as needed.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers etc.) to perform routine quality checks.
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machining and operation (preferably with precision complex tight tolerance components).
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
Experience
- CNC lathe: 2years (Preferred)
- CNC turn: 5years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 5 years (Required)
- CNC: 5years (Required)
- 5-Axis CNC mill: 5years (Required)
This position requires ITAR compliance and may involve access to technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Sponsorship is not available now nor in the future. Applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR.
