City Manager Nashville FullTime Contract
USD$1000/week Bonus Field Operations 6 weeks Start: March 30
Oppizi is hiring a proactive peopledriven operational leader to manage our offline marketing campaigns across Nashville.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastpaced field operations enjoys coaching teams and understands how to move resources efficiently across a busy metro area.

Responsibilities
Field Leadership (75%)
- Lead support & motivate Brand Ambassadors onsite
- Provide realtime coaching and ensure target delivery
- Maintain professionalism safety and energy during missions
Operational Planning
- Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans
- Identify hightraffic areas across Nashville (malls transit hubs campuses downtown areas)
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
Performance Management
- Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast
Inventory Oversight
- Manage flyers uniforms & campaign stock
- Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking
Requirements
2 years in sales operations retail leadership field management logistics or hospitality supervision
Must have lived in Nashville 4 years & understand local crowds/traffic
Own vehicle required
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Laptop phone required
English required
Energetic organized adaptable leader.

- Contract: 5 weeks 1week prep period
- Pay: USD $1000/week performance bonus
- Hours: 75% onsite / 25% remote
- Areas: Nashville City Neighbourhoods (as needed)
