This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.

Responsibilities- Perform in depth analysis of maintenance and production data to initiate and support RX related enhancement projects
- Lead site in achieving RX goals and maintenance system improvement
- Review preventative maintenance work for effectiveness and implement necessary improvements
- Work with team to track and identify utility improvement opportunities
- Investigate and rectify reliability and safety issues using ARC methods as necessary
- Conduct gap assessments to reliability and engineering standards
- Lead assigned capital and expense projects
- Contribute to contractor management program
- Contribute to Process Safety Management (PSM) elements as assigned
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with continuous improvement processes/techniques such as: Six Sigma Lean
Transactional Lean and Root Cause Analysis - Experience in the chemical industry with Process Safety Management (PSM) covered process
