Role Summary:
The WBS Coach III is a key driver of continuous improvement across the organization leading Lean initiatives that enhance efficiency eliminate waste and build team capability. This role partners closely with teams and leaders to implement Lean tools facilitate problemsolving optimize processes and sustain improvements. The coach serves as a teacher mentor and change leader helping the organization strengthen its Lean culture and operational excellence.
