What Youll Do:

Manage complex multi-party construction defect cases for homeowner associations
Handle all phases of litigation including discovery motion practice depositions and resolution
Navigate arbitration judicial references and mediation (very few matters go to trial)

What Were Looking For:

10 years of litigation experience
Significant litigation experience with construction defect matters strongly preferred
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with plaintiff-side litigation ideal; defense-side experience considered
