Key Responsibilities

Prepare cook and portion meals for a large number of residents daily
Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
Maintain sanitation cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with the Food Service Director and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations

Requirements

Previous experience cooking for large groups (healthcare or nursing home preferred)
SafeServe Certification required at the time of hire
Food Service Sanitation Manager (FSSM) Certification required within 90 days
Ability to work full-time and maintain a consistent schedule
