Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Contract

Radius Requirement: Candidates must reside within 50 miles

Location: Milford Delaware
Assignment Duration: 11 weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: Evening Shift 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35$38/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a clinical care team on a contract basis. This role requires adaptability strong clinical judgment and a patient-focused mindset to deliver high-quality care while supporting patients and their caregivers in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide safe effective and patient-centered nursing care
Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and care needs
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
Demonstrate accountability for patient safety outcomes and satisfaction
Support caregivers and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence
Accurately document assessments interventions and patient responses
Follow facility policies procedures and professional nursing standards

Required Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

Licensure & Certifications:

Active Delaware Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital nursing experience required
