Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Assisted Living facility in Hempstead NY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented RN who is comfortable working independently and using computer systems for documentation and assessments.
Responsibilities:
Perform resident assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Coordinate and oversee resident care plans
UAS System knowledgeUniform Assessment System
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete documentation accurately and timely using electronic systems
Communicate with physicians staff residents and families
Ensure compliance with NY State regulations and facility policies
