Job Summary
| Job Purpose | The Compliance Officer ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies related to debt collection and recovery. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with debt collection laws (e.g. FDCPA FCA) and internal be Profecient in excel. Policy Development: Develop and maintain compliance processes for debt & Monitoring: Conduct audits monitor activities and implement corrective : Provide training to teams on regulatory updates and compliance Management: Identify and mitigate risks in debt recovery Handling: Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions. |
