Project Manager Industrial / Mechanical Construction
Overview
An established mechanical contractor is seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join its growing team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience managingindustrial process piping projects with additional opportunity for those experienced incommercial HVAC and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout ensuring scope schedule and budget adherence
Oversee industrial process piping projects in active plant and industrial environments
Coordinate with field supervision subcontractors vendors and clients
Review drawings specifications and contracts; identify risks and cost impacts
Lead project planning scheduling inspections and progress tracking
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
Preferred Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager inindustrial construction
Strong background inprocess pipingwithin manufacturing industrial or plant settings
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience inmechanical or HVAC commercial constructionis a plus
Solid understanding of construction workflows costs and schedules
