As a Product Delivery Manager in Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS)you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will also act as a Project Manager and will be responsible for planning organizing and overseeing a project from start to finish to ensure projects are completed to the required standards on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders team members and clients to keep everything on track resolve issuesandrisksandensure allareworking toward the same addition you will be responsible for the coordination and/or delivery of all projects and business support required along with developing a good rapport with partners stakeholders and it is critical to partner with senior management and with the leads across the Business Controls Technology Operations and Business Management organizations.

Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Manages effective timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Owns and drive the execution and delivery process for large and complex projects: including intake dependency management release management product operationalization business readiness testing and Go Live.
- Develops manage and communicate comprehensive program plans executive summaries project status reports meeting notes risks issues and decisions. and maintain excellent data integrity within project management tools and repositories (JIRA Confluence Teams).
- Adheres to all product and project management controls throughout the programs duration.
- Navigateschallengesremoving roadblocks andmaking decisions to keep the project on track.
- Engages with Scrum of Scrums Product Owners and Tech Leads across multiple product areas to maintain awareness of current activities and book of work management.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders building strong relationships at all levels and understanding their needs and expectations.
- Evaluates and improve continuous product delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducts post-implementation reviews and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 8 years of Project Manager experience (banking or financial services).
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management deployment processes and strategies.
- Experience in working in a matrixed organization; strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
- Positive team-oriented attitude and commitment to the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to plan organize and manage resources and tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to identify opportunities recommend solutions and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) to all levels of management.
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Proficient with Project Management Tools: JIRA Confluence MS Project Excel Teams.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics.
- Masters Degree PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of features being delivered.
- Excellent adaptability to pivot strategies and respond to changing circumstances.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in banking.
