Job Title: Permanent Dentist

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Frederick. MD

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive oral examinations diagnostic reviews (including X-rays) and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and treat dental conditionsranging from plaque and decay to complex restorative procedures like crowns bridges and implants
Perform clinical procedures such as fillings extractions root canals prosthetics and whitening treatments
Administer anesthesia and prescribe medication as needed for patient comfort and treatment efficacy
Educate patients on oral hygiene preventive care and the importance of oral-systemic health
Collaborate with the dental teamhygienists assistants and administrative staffto deliver seamless care.
Promote patient-first values by explaining procedures addressing fears and offering multiple treatment options.
Ensure accurate and thorough patient record-keepingtreatment notes X-rays and histories.
Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain equipment according to best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
Valid dental license to practice in Virginia (or ability to obtain licensure).
Strong clinical capabilities across general dentistry procedures including restorative and preventive treatments.
Excellent interpersonal skillsempathetic clear communicator and patient-focused.
Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities
Commitment to continuing education and staying current in dental practices and technology
