Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Delivers remote support for clients and/or enterprise application users.
Monitors user requests and systems issues responding to and diagnosing service outages and operational problems.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems investigate causes and recommend resolution strategies.
Provides software related updates maintenance and support for network system and device users.
Performs software testing and deployment.
Executes software maintenance including patching and upgrades.
Provides anti-virus management and support.
Performs all work to meet agreed time cost and quality constraints.
May be required to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
