Requirements
The Property Litigation includes:
Landlord and Tenant disputes
Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
Housing tenancy and long-leasehold issues
Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income
Possession Claims residential and commercial property
Recovery of outstanding service charges
Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
Breach of Covenant
Claims for disrepair
Legal / Beneficial Ownership
Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court.
Clients include corporate occupiers commercial landlords investors and developers and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Litigation solicitor with 2 - 6 years relevant experience to move into a busy warm desk with lots of business and opportunity and further training.

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor
- Proven experience of Civil and Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Keen to take on a busy and varied workload.
- Hungry to succeed and gain promotion
- Able to work alone but happy to ask for advice when necessary
