We manage a growing fleet of prestige vehicles and work with professional chauffeurs and partners across the UK.
As demand grows were hiring a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support daily vehicle scheduling logistics and service delivery.
Role Overview
You will coordinate vehicles chauffeurs and bookings to ensure every client journey runs smoothly and on time. This role is ideal for someone organised proactive and comfortable managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule vehicles and chauffeurs for bookings and events
- Manage daily fleet availability and allocations
- Coordinate airport transfers weddings corporate travel and VIP hires
- Track vehicle maintenance servicing and compliance
- Liaise with drivers partners and suppliers
- Handle last-minute changes and operational issues
- Maintain accurate booking and fleet records
- Ensure high service standards and punctuality
Skills & Experience
- Operations logistics or fleet coordination experience preferred
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Confident using booking systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience in transport chauffeur or luxury services is a bonus
