Job Summary

AtQmatic we create smarter customer journeys and our Global Support team makes sure our customers get the most value from our solutions.


Were looking for a Bilingual Support Technician (French) to strengthen our Support team inDuluth GA. In this role youll be part of a global support organization delivering technical support to customers across the US and Canadian markets while collaborating closely with colleagues both locally and worldwide.

What youll do

  • Provide technical support via phone email and portal
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Work closely with teams such as Onboarding Technical Success and Sales

What you bring

  • Experience in technical or customer support
  • Fluent French; technical and business level
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Windows environments SQL Server and/or Oracle
  • A customer-first solution-oriented mindset


Work Environment


This position is performed in a traditional office environment at our office in Duluth GA and reports to the Support Manager US.
