Job Description

The Team Lead Web & Mobile Technologies provides expert technical leadership in the development implementation and support of Radford Universitys cloud and SaaS-based web and mobile platforms. This role ensures the stability security and evolution of the universitys public website content management system enterprise portal mobile applications and related integrations. The position collaborates closely with campus partners to deliver modern effective secure and well-designed digital solutions that support institutional goals.

Required Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience supporting the implementation and developing solutions for large websites utilizing an enterprise content management system.
Proven ability to analyze requirements solve complex system issues and collaborate effectively with functional partners vendors and technical teams.
Demonstrated understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and its use to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Strong CSS JavaScript Python and PHP skills supporting modification and development for web platforms.
High level of professionalism with a collaborative solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and administering the Modern Campus Content Management System in a higher education setting.
Familiarity with other key web applications and integrations including mobile apps calendaring applications and RESTful web services.
Experience seamlessly embedding data/modules or applications within web pages.
