Konza is seeking a Dentist to join our experienced team delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care at two modern clinical locations. With state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative environment you will provide the full scope of dentistryincluding but not limited topreventive restorative cosmetic services utilizingCAD/CAM digital impressions restoration design and fabrication. hospital based treatment centers and clinical training track to basic implant case treatment planning placement and serve patients of all ages.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

  • DDS or DMD degree from a COD Accredited dental school.
  • Current Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Board certification or eligibility through the American Board of General Dentistry (preferred not required).

Credentialing & Compliance

  • Ability to secure credentialing with third-party payers (e.g. Blue Cross Blue Shield) and with Kansas Medicaid.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations including HIPAA OSHA radiation safety requirements and clinical quality standards.
  • Completion of continuing dental education (CDE) as required by state licensure and professional standards.

Experience & Skills

  • Clinical experience in comprehensive general dentistry including preventive restorative and emergency dental care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital dentistry workflows (e.g. digital radiography intraoral scanners charting).
  • Strong commitment to patient centered care with the ability to work within a collaborative team based model.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to serve patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.

Preferred

  • Experience in a community health center FQHC or safety net dental setting.
  • Knowledge of public health principles population health and integrated medical dental care models.
  • Interest in mentorship leadership or participation in quality improvement and clinical best practice initiatives.
