Key Responsibilities
SaaS System Management & Integration
- Serve as the primary data steward for the compliance SaaS platform.
- Support onboarding and configuration of the SaaS platform in collaboration with the vendor and internal stakeholders.
Data Preparation & Validation
- Normalize and cleanse raw data eliminating duplicates and identifying original component manufacturers.
- Categorize components by type and assess chemical risk levels with Regulatory Engineering.
- Format and upload data using service provider templates and ensure alignment with regulatory reporting standards.
Compliance Campaign Execution
- Define scope and timelines for supplier outreach campaigns.
- Manage communications with suppliers to collect declarations and resolve scoping issues.
- Audit supplier responses for completeness and accuracy; escalate non-conformances and SCIP-related actions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data completeness supplier responsiveness and campaign progress.
- Provide insights to support strategic decisions and risk mitigation efforts.
Data Maintenance & Automation
- Maintain monthly updates for new or modified product/supplier data.
- Lead annual data refreshes and support long-term automation via API integration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Engineering Environmental Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis compliance or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Excel data formatting tools and MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS platforms for compliance management.
- Familiarity with global regulations: PFAS REACH RoHS SCIP TSCA POPs Prop 65.
- Knowledge of PLM systems and supplier engagement workflows.
- Experience supporting large-scale compliance initiatives or RFP implementations.
