ProjectOverview:

Were looking for a Product Engineer to help architect and build the core platform of a professional services business. Youll work across cloud services system integrations data engineering and AIdriven experience design. This role is essential to shaping the foundation of a new platform and delivering endtoend product experiences that delight users. Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Scope of service

Contract type: Project-based contract.

• Build and scale core components of our PlatformasaService (PaaS).

• Develop robust applications that connect contractors and clients seamlessly.

• Design system integrations across modern and legacy tools.

• Collaborate with AI research teams to build agentic autonomous services.

• Lead rapid prototyping and create internal tools with Power Platform or custom code.

• Own the product lifecycle from stakeholder discovery to delivery.

• Implement CI/CD automation testing and secure operational practices.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Handson experience building on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in modern frontend or fullstack frameworks (React Angular Vue ).

• Strong understanding of APIs systems integration and scalable data architecture.

• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.

• A customercentric mindset and passion for building highquality product experiences.

• Adaptability and comfort working in a transforming startuplike environment.

• English fluency; conversational Japanese.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level.

• English: Fluent level in reading writing and speaking.

• The team primarily works in the office and you will have autonomy on your own schedule and outcomes.
