PGEs Transportation Electrification (TE) Engineering teamseeksa highly motivated candidate to support the development and implementation of TE programs and projects. This role focuses onadvancinginnovationprojects related toheavy-duty chargingmicrogridsmanaged chargingand vehicle-to-everything (V2X). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in EVs charging infrastructure and utility systems/infrastructure.Preferred experience includestest engineeringimplementingand using utility programs and systems knowledge of electric vehicle charging software anddemonstratedsuccess in project management and product development.
In this role you will be working oninnovationprojects related to heavy-duty charging microgridsmanaged chargingand vehicle-to-everything (V2X).Job duties mayinclude:
Develop goals scope use cases and test plan for demonstrationsofgrid edge technologiesthatcan provide value to PGE and its customers
Coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders toimplement demonstrations which may includeprocess mappingpublishingRFIs/RFPs contractingmarketingand customer engagement
Develop evaluation criteria and procedure for site selection processand/orparticipationrequirements
Oversee testing to achieve projectobjectives analyze data to quantify results and document learnings in a final report
