Payment Operations Specialist (mfd)

• Support dailypayment operationsacross multiple PSPs currencies brands and markets.

• Support efforts tostreamline workflowsand assist in the automation of reconciliation processes.

• Monitor and supportfraud detection processes; collaborate with fraud prevention teams/tools to mitigate risks.

• Help manage and documentchargeback disputes contributing to maintaining chargeback ratios within acceptable thresholds.

• Collaborate withProduct Engineering Customer Support and Finance teamsby:

  • Investigating and resolving day-to-day payment issues raised by internal teams or customers.

  • Providing input to improve payment flows policies and customer experience.

  • Testing and validating new payment features or system enhancements.

  • Ensuring operational readiness for new payment methods PSP integrations and process changes.

• Maintain and updatedocumentation knowledge articles and process guidelinesfor payment operations.

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field or equivalent experience.

• 13 years of experience in payment operations financial operations or related fields (preferably in fintech e-commerce or online marketplaces).

• Familiarity with PSPs payment gateways and card processing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of fraud prevention and chargeback processes.

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and payment dashboards.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
