About the Role
We are looking for a detailoriented Medior Manual Test Engineer with experience in Manufacturing or ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of SDLC & STLC and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual functional regression integration and system testing for ERP or Manufacturing applications.
- Understand business requirements and create test scenarios test cases and test data accordingly.
- Execute tests identify defects and work closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Validate end-to-end workflows within ERP or manufacturing modules.
- Document results prepare test reports and contribute to overall product quality.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies requirement discussions and review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards processes and best practices.
Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Infor etc.).
- Proficiency in writing detailed test cases test scripts and defect reports.
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira Azure DevOps etc.).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation (good to have).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good to Have
- Exposure to API testing basics.
- Understanding of automation fundamentals (optional but beneficial).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
