Sobre la posición

La beca constará de hasta un máximo 12 meses en el departamento Técnico e Innovación colaborando en el desarrollo de los proyectos del área.

Principales responsabilidades

• Colaborar en un equipo multidisciplinar aportando estrategias iniciativas y soluciones a los mejoras necesarias en los productos fabricados.

• Conocer las distintas áreas de la planta e influenciar en KPIs clave a través de dar soporte al mantenimiento del ciclo de vida de los productos

• Participará en el desarrollo de proyectos de mejora en el área: gestión de materiales simplificación de procesos control del progreso de proyectos

• Dar soporte al ciclo de vida de los productos farmacéuticos desde el desarrollo fase registral y hasta la fabricación industrial rutinaria.

• Conocer las diferentes políticas y normativas aplicables desde el punto de vista de Calidad Seguridad y Producción.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Grado en Farmacia Química o Ingeniería.

• Uso avanzado de Excel Word Powerpoint.

• Inglés (Minimo B2)

• Uso de herramientas estadísticas aplicadas

• Importante poder firmar convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o cumplir los requisitos de las Becas Citius: Prácticas Innovation & Technical Haleon Alcalá S.A. T/2026/49353

Preferred

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y facilidad de interacción con otros departamentos.

• Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.

• Capacidad de análisis síntesis y ejecución.

• Pasión por la tecnología digitalización e innovación (Industria 4.0 Data claculo estadístico etc)
