Job Summary

Cleary Bros is currently seeking a Sales Representative - Construction Materials (CM)to join their dynamic successful team based at Albion Park NSW.

Duties include but not limited to:

Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and satisfying customers needs through proactive and regular customer contact
Ensure that business activities are conducted within MGHs safety/compliance polices and HSEQ System and adhere to all MGH policies and procedures relevant to your position
Undertake frequent market analysis and comparison on customers competitors and industry benchmarks and actively participate in all sales meetings
Manage contractual aspects of tenders and price submissions in consultation with Legal (as appropriate) to ensure risk is mitigated and opportunities identified
Prepare and follow up tender submissions
Assisting in compiling monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies
Prepare proposals for major customers for the purpose of maintaining existing accounts and securing new business
Relaying customer requirements and any feedback promptly to the Sales and Business Development Manager

Required skills and experience:

A keen interest to build a strong and sustainable sales career
An enthusiasm for success
Previous Experience in industry
A Full Drivers Licence
A willingness to learn a proven sales methodology
Fantastic relationship building skills
Reliability and consistency in sales and service delivery
