Job Summary

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling data entry and organizing materials
Support health improvement efforts and outreach including community engagement and event participation
Help coordinate or support logistics for programs meetings or health-related events
Assist with health education efforts including preparation of materials and basic public-facing communication
Provide courteous and respectful support to patients staff and community members
Participate in professional development and career readiness workshops
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old by September 1 2025
Interest in community health public health population health or healthcare careers
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with diverse populations
Dependable professional and able to follow directions
Ability to commit to full program duration and orientation sessions
Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
Communicates clearly and respectfully with patients families and staff
Friendly approachable and comfortable engaging with diverse communities
Demonstrates professionalism through punctuality reliability and confidentiality
Follows instructions carefully and works well as part of a team
Shows cultural awareness and sensitivity to health equity and social issues
Comfortable using basic technology (e.g. tablets forms or emails)
Multilingual skills are a plus and valued in community-facing roles
