- Accredited Pilates Certification: Such as a Diploma/Cert 3/4 in Pilates STOTT Peak Pilates Breathe Education or Balance Body.
- Fitness Credentials: An NCCA-approved CPT or Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g. NASM) is also accepted.
- Safety First: Current valid CPR and AED certifications.
- The Factor: A magnetic personality and a genuine desire to help people move better and feel stronger.
