- Full HR administration support across all stages of the employee lifecycle: hiring transfers terminations changes in employment conditions and business trips.
- Preparation of HR certificates cover letters and other personnel-related documentation.
- Creation maintenance and updating of employee personnel files.
- Participation in the development implementation and update of internal policies procedures and job descriptions.
- Contribution to HR reporting and analytics.
- Timely input of HR data related to employee changes into HR systems and preparation of reports.
- Support of military records management in compliance with local legislation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance HR and other teams.
- Maintenance of timesheets and working time records.
- Providing HR-related consultations and support to employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree
- Experience in the role of labor relations
- Understanding of local labor law
- High accuracy in work with data and documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Ukrainian - fluent English - level В1-B2
- FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience is a plus
- PC skills: MS Word MS excel MS PowerPoint SAP SuccessFactors 1C
