Job Summary
Support project planning scheduling and progress tracking
Monitor project milestones KPIs risks and issues
Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with PMO processes templates and governance standards
Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and reporting practices
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant discipline
Basic understanding of project management and PMO functions
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
