Job Summary
- Nhận mẫu từ khách hàng đơn vị vận chuyển bảo quản mẫu ở nhiệt độ thích hợp/ Receive samples from customers and shipping units and store samples at appropriate temperatures.
- Kiểm tra nhiệt độ độ ẩm hàng ngày ghi nhận hồ sơ chất lượng/ Check temperature and humidity daily record quality records.
- Vệ sinh tủ mát tủ đông theo định kì/ Clean refrigerators and freezers periodically
- Đăng kí mẫu lên hệ thống của công ty/ Register the form on the companys system
- Dán mẫu chụp hình chuyển mẫu cho các bộ phận liên quan/ Paste samples take pictures and send samples to relevant departments.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các thông tin liên quan cho các phòng ban liên quan/ Receive and process relevant information for relevant departments
- Thực hiện các công việc theo điều phối của phụ trách/ Carry out tasks as coordinated by the person in charge
Qualifications :
- Đi làm 3 ca: 8h-17h 10h-19h 13h-21h từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6. Có đi làm ngày Thứ bảy nếu phát sinh công việc.
- 0-1 năm/ 0-1 year
- Cao đẳng / Đại học chuyên nghành thực phẩm hóa/ College/University specializing in food and chemistry
- Biết tiếng Anh là lợi thế. Có thể nghe viết giao tiếp cơ bản/ Knowing English is an advantage. Can listen write and communicate basicly
- Biết cách tổ chức sắp xếp công việc/ Know how to organize work
- Tư duy tốt có tinh thần cầu tiến/ Good thinking progressive spirit
- Cẩn thận kĩ tính siêng năng hoạt bát/ Careful meticulous diligent active
