Senior Hardware Integration & Execution EngineerPS

• Support OEM technical discussions in close cooperation with the OEM Hardware Interface Engineer with focus on feasibility and execution
• Translate OEM HW requirements into clear technically precise internal specifications
• Perform in-depth electronic analysis of schematics PCB layouts and component selections
• Identify and drive resolution of electronic risks (EMC thermal derating tolerances aging)
• Drive technical clarification loops between HW development purchasing project management and quality
• Prepare and conduct technical deep-dive workshops (architecture EMC robustness feasibility)
• Evaluate HW requirement trade-os with respect to feasibility robustness cost timing and compliance and align them internally
• Support HW architecture and component decisions with focus on robustness execution speed and manufacturability
• Actively contribute to semiconductor robustness activities by supporting technical risk assessments and the introduction strategies
• Support quotation sample and project execution phases to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery

Qualifications :

Education & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or comparable
• Several years of experience in automotive electronics HW design HW integration or HW architecture

Technical Competencies

• Strong ability to analyze and challenge schematics and PCB layouts
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics
• Experience identifying root causes of electronic issues in lab and vehicle environments
• Solid understanding of ISO 26262 HW development processes
• Practical experience with EMC testing and issue resolution:

1. CISPR 25
2. ISO 7637
3. ISO 11452

• Knowledge of AEC-Q automotive qualification standards
• Experience with SPICE-based simulation tools (SPICE / LTspice / PSpice) or equivalent
• Understanding of HW development constraints related to manufacturing testing and quality

Non-Technical competencies

• Strong capability to structure complex technical topics and make them executable
• Confident in challenging assumptions and incomplete requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain stability under time pressure
• Strong internal communication skills in cross-functional environments
• Fluent English writing and speaking
• Readiness for domestic and international travel
