Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and portioning according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Serve meals in a timely and courteous manner.
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service.
- Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment following sanitation protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety and infection control standards.
- Report any concerns regarding food quality safety or resident needs to the supervisor.
Wage: 15-16/hour
Schedule: Varies/Casual

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as bending reaching and carrying trays.
