Exp Tech III Traveling Hydroblasting General Labor

HPC-Industrialpowered by Clean Harborsis looking for Industrial ServicesField Technicians IIIwith 3 years of hydro blasting experience to join their safety conscious traveling team!This opportunity is based out of theDeer Park TX team member will provide intercompany regional support across various lines of business including Technical Field and Industrial Services. The responsibilities of this role will include confined space entry working at heights and working alongside various types of equipment. This is a physically intensive position that may require up to75% -100% travel within the region and up to 3-4 weeks away at a time based on business demands.

Candidate must have a TWIC card and or be able to attain TWIC card within 30 days of Employment.

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practicespolicies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Performs work in enclosed (confined) spaces.
• Performs work using high pressure water blasting equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipes boilers tanks heat exchangers bundles etc.);
• Loads hoses chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job onto the truck.
• Cleans work area and equipment after work is completed.
• Practices safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.
• Assists in the inspection of equipment hoses connections pumps and general work area.
• Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the day.
• Works in atmospheres with low clearances confined spaces and at heights.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical demands:

• Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes but is not limited to Nomex coveralls a black belt slicker suits rubber boots a fresh air breathing mask and escape pack and a hard hat.
• Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95 degrees Fahrenheit 98% humidity and subzero weather conditions) relative to geographic location.
• Must be able to withstand exposure to dust chemical and environ

• 
  Previous industrial services experience required. 3 years of hydro blasting experience.

• Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting confined space entry working at heights etc.);

• Abilityto wear a respirator.

• Valid drivers license.

• TWIC card required.

• Availability to travel extensively.
