Shift & Schedule: Nights (8-hour shifts) Variable schedule
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents during night shifts at a long-term care/assisted living facility in Richland Center Wisconsin. The CNA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident-centered care while ensuring safety comfort and well-being throughout overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate resident-focused care during night shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene mobility and personal care
Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition or concerns
Maintain a clean safe and supportive environment
Collaborate effectively with nursing and care team members to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin
Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred
Strong communication documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
