Senior Consultants
Senior Consultants executes work stream(s) from start to finish including structuring and solving problems synthesizing and communicating insights / recommendations and work planning. Develops research and analysis plans for themselves and more junior consultants selecting appropriate paths and identify key hypotheses.
They often directs the work of one or more junior consultants and starts to become the go-to person for the client on specific topics shifting focus towards people and client management.
Associates
Associates break down complex problems into discrete tasks identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. Youll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen
Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who lead our projects day to day. You will lead and execute due diligence engagements and/or post-transaction engagements aimed at supporting private equity funds and their portfolio companies
You will ensure that findings are insightful and data driven. Its a role that demands thought leadership at a strategic level and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $to $240000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications and education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
