The Role

As a Mortgage Broker with PictureWealth Lending you will:

Manage inbound referrals and client enquiries
Deliver tailored lending solutions aligned to each clients broader financial strategy
Guide clients through the full lending journey from strategy and application through to settlement
Work closely with Financial Advisers and internal support teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Maintain compliance and uphold high standards of professional and ethical service

About You

Youre a lending professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to do great work in a supportive well-structured environment. Youll bring:

Proven experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank)
A natural ability to connect with clients and guide them through important financial decisions
A client-first mindset with pride in delivering quality outcomes
A collaborative approach and interest in working closely with advisers and support teams
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential)
