Location: The Learning Experience Ramsey NJ
Pay: $16$17 per hour
- Support daily classroom activities in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum
- Guide children through daily routines transitions and learning centers
- Encourage social emotional and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Maintain a clean organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred
- Reliable nurturing and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
