Location: The Learning Experience Bristow VA
Pay: $17$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Openings: 1
- Lead a toddler classroom in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support early language development social-emotional growth and motor skills
- Maintain consistent routines including meals toileting or diapering transitions and rest time
- Supervise and support assistant teachers to ensure classroom consistency and quality
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Communicate professionally with families and leadership
- Maintain compliance with Virginia licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of lead teacher experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Reliable organized and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all Virginia childcare licensing and background requirements
