Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 this role you will be answering customer phone calls and providing clear reliable support to customers and internal partners.
What Youll Be Doing
Respond to customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
Support order entry scheduling and product inquiries
Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work well with others while also performing independently
Confidence leading phone conversations and guiding customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
Clear respectful and solutionfocused communication skills
Work Environment
This role operates within an officebased customerfocused environment that involves regular interaction with internal departments external partners and customers. Occasional site visits or offsite communication may be required to support operational needs. Daily responsibilities involve using computers phone systems and digital platforms to manage customer orders and inquiries.
