Your Impact

As a member of our Global Security Operations Center you will report directly to the Global Security Operations Manager. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our operations and assets around the world. You will work to ensure a secure environment for employees clients and partners whileutilizingadvanced technology tomonitorand respond to security incidents.

Your Day-to-Day

• Monitor alarms including fire door and duress alarms while answering routine and emergency calls.

• Monitor CCTVto protectthe building and assets alsoto prevent or help stop any crime from occurring.

• Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies natural disasters) and dispatch security officers ERT police fire and EMS personnel as needed via phone and radio.

• Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature andmaintaincompanysconfidentiality and information security practices

• Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed.

• Collaboratewith the Emergency Response Team (ERT)

• Monitor Alert media toidentify analyze and support all events and incidents that impact or potentially couldimpactoperations facilities and employees globally

• Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems including CCTV and access control to ensure proper functionality.

• Activelyparticipatein projects related to the GSOC role with responsibilities ranging from providing input and guidance to taking full ownership of initiatives based on individualexpertiseand capabilities.

• Monitoring live AB4 body camera footage.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in security management Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in security operations law enforcement or related fields.

• Familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols.

• Ability to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask.

• Basicproficiencywith surveillance and alarm systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor in all interactions

• Proven ability tomaintaincomposure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Security Management Criminal Justice ora relatedfield.

• 3-5 years of experience in a GSOC corporate security or a similar role.

• Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) &/or be able topossesswithin180 daysof hire

• Experience in incident response and crisis management.

• Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Understanding ofglobal security challenges and cultural sensitivity foroperatingin diverse environments.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods whilemonitoringmultiple screens and surveillance feeds.

• Visual acuity to focus on various security systems and alerts for long durations.

• Manual dexterity for operating computers phones and communication devices effectively.

• Strong auditory skills to hear andcomprehendalarms radio communications and phone calls clearly.

Work Environment

Within the Axon manufacturing facility employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise ambient temperatures close quarters hazards associated with working around moving machinery exposure to vibrations and industrial lighting
