Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business including both standard and high-net-worth accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $70000 annually

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5000 to $25000 in premium
- Handling renewals quoting marketing and account management from start to finish
- Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) endorsements and upselling opportunities
- Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Timely reliable and driven
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
