Job Summary
Eric von Schledorn Ford Sheboygan Countys premier Ford dealership proudly serving Random Lake Plymouth West Bend Port Washington Saukville and surrounding communities is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dedicated team!

Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager with a strong automotive background. You will work closely with customers to present financing options sell protection products secure approvals ensure regulatory compliance and help maximize F&I department performance while maintaining our high standards of integrity and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance warranty and insurance products
- Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive financing and approvals
- Prepare and submit accurate finance/lease paperwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
- Ensure full compliance with all federal state and dealership policies
- Collaborate with sales team to structure and close deals efficiently
- Meet or exceed monthly F&I performance objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or Finance Manager in an automotive dealership (Ford experience preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing leasing and F&I products
- Outstanding communication negotiation and customer-focused skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus)
- Current F&I certifications (e.g. AFIP) highly preferred
- High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
