Zions Bank has an opportunity for an intern to work in our Specialty Loan Servicing department. The intern will work on the following:
- Assist in preparing annual file reviews of various commercial loan products
- Analyze company financial statements calculate and compare key ratios to industry averages
- Analyze personal tax returns and credit reports to calculate debt to income ratios and personal cash flow available to service debt
- Online research of specific individual owners businesses and industries and provide summaries of findings
- Assist in various data cleanup projects
Qualifications:
- Currently working on a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related degree
- Basic working knowledge of or interest in financial statements credit lending and underwriting processes and principles
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills(written and verbal)
- Detail oriented with analytical organizational and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of computer software programs including spreadsheets word processing etc.
