Job summary
The Finance Business Partner supports the business by preparing and analyzing financial reports budgets and forecasts. The role works closely with different teams to track performance identify risks and opportunities and support decision-making. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial data supporting cost control and helping improve financial processes and business performance.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering.
Support the business with financial insights and act as a trusted sparring partner in operational and day-to-day decision-making.
Financial Analysis & Insights.
Prepare and analyze financial data to track performance identify risks and opportunities and support decisions.
Budget & Forecasting.
Support and drive the budget and forecast processes in close collaboration with Sales accounting and business stakeholders ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines.
Financial Reporting.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports including monthly performance reviews sales reporting and variance analysis.
Performance Management.
Monitor business performance support productivity improvements and help standardize financial processes across the organization.
Customer Bonus Management.
Ensure a standardized setup of customer bonus agreements in the Core Markets and maintain full transparency and control over customer bonus accruals and provisions.
One Set of Numbers.
Ensure consistency and alignment across all financial reports including customer bonus calculations and accruals.
Investment & Cost Control.
Support investment planning cost control initiatives and follow-up on financial targets.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial understanding and alignment with business objectives.
Financial Awareness.
Support and coach the organization to increase financial understanding in business decisions.
Core skills
Strong business and financial understanding with solid analytical skills
Structured reliable and proactive self-starter with strong drive and ability to prioritize
You must be fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish French German or a Nordic language would be an asset
High attention to detail while maintaining a holistic perspective and strong follow-up
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and constructive approach
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills at super-user level
