The role
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional cultural experiences As the Senior Cultural Experiences Officer you will empower our volunteers and cultural experiences staff to achieve their best!
Your duties will include ensuring smooth communication across the team managing rosters training staff and volunteers and coordinating front-of-house operations for shows and events across our cultural venues. You will also oversee bar operations such as stock management and inventory at the Manning Entertainment Centre.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent organizational skills leadership abilities and a strong commitment to creating memorable experiences for audiences and visitors alike. Location: These positions are based at the Manning Entertainment Centre 33 Manning River Drive Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
