Job Summary

Job Title: Casual Cleaner End of Lease Cleans

Location: Adelaide

Employment Type: Casual

Reports to: Cleaning Supervisor / Operations Manager

About the Role:

Were looking for reliable and detail-oriented Casual Cleaners to join our team specialising in end of lease cleans. Youll be responsible for carrying out deep cleans on vacated residential properties ensuring theyre cleaned to the standard required for real estate inspections.

This role suits someone with a strong work ethic good attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. Experience in end of lease or bond cleaning is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleans of empty rental properties including:

Kitchens (ovens stovetops rangehoods cupboards splashbacks)

Bathrooms and toilets (showers mirrors sinks tiles and fittings)

Bedrooms and living areas (dusting vacuuming wiping surfaces)

Internal windows walls skirting boards doors and light switches

Vacuuming and mopping all floors

Meet the standards expected by real estate agents and landlords

Report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during cleaning

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly

Complete tasks efficiently within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

Previous experience in end of lease or domestic cleaning (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

Good time management and organisational skills

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Reliable punctual and able to work with minimal supervision

Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
