Job Summary
Our client Harris County is in need of a Bilingual Call Center Representative.
Payrate: 15.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Location: Houston TX 77002 (Downtown Houston)
Job Duties:
This employees primary role is to effectively and courteously employ phone and email communication to professionally communicate and assist internal and external customers within the assigned area of responsibility. Utilizes assigned software and hardware to perform data entry and other tasks as assigned. Assists in administrative duties research analysis and resolution of customer problems and inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual. Must have Admin or Customer service experience.
