OVERVIEW
As aMarTechInternyoullbe at the intersection of creativity and data. Partner with ALOs Marketing Technology and CRM teams to design customer journeys that blend wellness personalization and measurable impact.
The ALO internship programs starts June 8th and ends July 31st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support campaign automation segmentation and personalization initiatives
- Analyze marketing funnel performance and recommend optimizations
- Work with analytics and engineering teams to ensureaccurate data flow between platforms (Salesforce Braze or similar)
- Assist in building dashboards that track campaign performance and ROI
- Research emergingMarTech tools and trends to inform ALOs digital strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS in Marketing Digital Strategy or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems campaign tools and marketing attribution models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL Google Analytics or marketing automation systems
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and experimentation

Youllgain hands-on experience designing the marketing systems that bring ALOs brand voice to life across channelsmeasuring what resonates and why.
The base pay range for this position is $45/hr-50/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
