The Mobile Video and Analytics Department is seeking a technically adept individual to join our team as an Intern - Technician. In this role you will bridge the gap between our product portfolio and customer networks coordinating directly with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents via ticketing systems and direct customer interaction to ensure product functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a customer advocate maintaining critical relationships and communicating specific technical issues across internal departments.
Knowledge Management: Proactively track unresolved issues and contribute to the internal Knowledge Base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency.
Technical Expertise: Leverage previous experience in engineering or technical support specifically focusing on extensive PC and networking troubleshooting.
Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills to translate complex technical issues for both customers and internal teams.
Operational Agility: Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain necessary CJIS security clearances as required by specific agencies.
Target Hourly Base Salary Range: $20.70 - $24.10 USD
